Happy Great Victory Day!
May 9th is coming... Spring, quiet, warm day. Once upon a time, many years ago, this day was not like that at all. He was sobbing with grief and joy at the same time, he was shouting in a frenzy, the air was electrified from the one feeling that overwhelmed everyone - the feeling that there was no more war!
On this day, the whole country was a single organism, everyone was united by a Great Victory. This holiday is the little that has remained unshakable in the hearts of so many generations who have lived under completely different governments.
This is the day when peace came to the earth, when the most terrible war in the history of mankind ended.
On this day, the guns were silenced, the engines of military aircraft were silenced, women stopped crying. But our memory must never be silenced!
