Purchase of a share in the company "Integrated Logistics Systems"
In February, Maximum Group of Companies made a deal to acquire a share in the authorized capital of Integrated Logistics Systems LLC (KLS).
KLS is a modern multifunctional container terminal complex in Khabarovsk, providing the entire cycle of operations for processing 20– and 40-foot containers. The terminal is equipped with modern equipment and machinery, as well as its own fleet of locomotives. The total area of the terminal is 7 hectares, the annual capacity is 30,000 TEU.
The terminal is adjacent to Khabarovsk-2 station. GC "Maximum" has been cooperating with KLS for more than four years, at the beginning of 2018 a joint container train was launched in the direction of Moscow - Khabarovsk. The companies are developing their partnerships, and this transaction is aimed at strengthening them and improving customer service.
GC "Maximum" is actively expanding its own and partner container terminals. This is an important strategic goal for the development of the company and its consolidation in the leading positions in the cargo transportation market. In addition to buying a stake, Maximum Group has also started a project to introduce its own ERP system in the company based on a solution from a leading global software supplier for automating the processes of terminal container processing.
